9.30 a.m. Yoga Art Brunch
Exhibition & Café Tender Buttons
Anna Semenov from Polyyoga is welcoming ten guests at 9.30 am for yoga in the midst of the El Lissitzky exhibition. Afterwards, our chef Sabrina Meilke will prepare a delicious vegan brunch at 11 a.m. in Café Tender Buttons.

Marysia Lewandowska - Tea with Sophie and El Café Tender Buttons
As part of Marysia Lewandowska's Welcome project, the artist invites visitors to the Kestner Gesellschaft's Café Tender Buttons to drink tea in Jena glassware one last time during the finissage.

Susanne Sachsse: HISTORY OF THE FUTURE ON YOUR LAP.
During the finissage you can meet the actress and artist Susanne Sachsse and talk about her work HISTORY OF THE FUTURE ON YOUR LAP. She will give you background information on the creation of the work. While there, you can listen to the music she produced with the band Xiu Xiu. Meanwhile, drinking a schnapps is part of the installation.

1 to 3 p.m.
Delicious Pirogy
Try the traditional Eastern European dish Piroggi. Freshly prepared with love at the Kestner Gesellschaft.

2.30 to 6 p.m.
Live performances with Prinz Gholam
The artist duo Prinz Gholam, consisting of Wolfgang Prinz and Michel Gholam, will visit us again at the Kestner Gesellschaft for the finissage after the exhibition opening. Their hand drawn masks will be used in their live performance sessions. Their symbolic language is based on imagery they find and get obsessed with, re-playing queer expressions which come from a pictorial idealism.

Kestner Cinémathèque
Michelangelo Antonioni's Zabriskie Point For the finissage we will show the film in full length in our Cinémathèque.

Public tour with Gabriele Sand

The New Ensemble - Concert for El
