Former Hanover resident and current director Kathleen Rahn personally guides members of the Kestner Society through the current exhibitions at Marta Herford: Cartographies of Growth. Katinka Bock in dialogue with Lois Weinberger and ars viva 2026 with Ryan Cullen, Nazanin Noori, and Prateek Vijan.
Cartographies of Growth highlights how Katinka Bock and Lois Weinberger share an interest in natural processes that are used artistically. The works selected for the exhibition, some of which are new, respond to the museum's architecture and literally grow beyond it into the outdoor space surrounding the Marta Herford. Ryan Cullen, Nazanin Noori, and Prateek Vijan are presenting new works for the ars viva Prize 2026 as part of the German Business Culture Prize.
After visiting the exhibition, there will be an opportunity to have lunch at the Marta Café and then take part in an artist talk at 4 pm.
