MIND GAME: Vittorio Santoro and the Politics of Experience

In his works, the artist Vittorio Santoro explores an ambiguous, contradictory reality. The artist always gives space to the dichotomy, discrepancy and ambivalence, whether it is the experience in space, the evocation of historical contexts or literary and philosophical motifs. Daniel Kurjaković (art historian, publicist, and curator at the Kunstmuseum Basel) addresses in his lecture the outline of the socio-philosophical aspects in Santoro's works.
