For the internationally radiant conclusion of the project "Knäuel Kulturdreieck" transparadiso (Barbara Holub and Paul Rajakovics) from Vienna invites you on August 25th (Sunday) from 2 pm to 5 pm for the seventh artistic red thread through Hanover.

transparadiso is realizing the performance "Togetherhood" in Hanover: a parade through public spaces that brings together local actors from a wide variety of backgrounds under a silver blanket. With this transparadiso is extending the invitation from the state capital of Hanover to create an artistic red thread through Hanover to the question of how different concepts of art and culture can be linked between the center and the periphery. transparadiso therefore invites participants from different parts of the city, backgrounds and institutions to actively participate as performers in "Togetherhood".

With "Togetherhood", transparadiso is staging a parade of silence: pause, marvel, silence, resting, digressing into oneself. The silver ceiling stimulates a space in the multiplicity, in which the "glass ceiling" of power structures and social inequality is questioned and future fictions of communities have a place - across borders, despite all the conflicts our society and the world are currently characterized by.

"Togetherhood" is realized in collaboration with: Homeless Choir Hanover, Bettina Paletta (freelance dance choreographer), Prof. Dr. Michael Kempe (Leibniz Archive of the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Library in Hanover), Kestner Gesellschaft, Literaturhaus Hannover, Kunstverein Hannover, Staatstheater Hannover and many others.

Chronology: August 25, 2 p.m.

Meeting point: Schloßstraße, meadow behind the state parliament

At the following intermediate stops, spectators following the parade will have the opportunity to following the parade and to "swap hoods", i.e. to change under the silver blanket:
2.30 pm at Goseriedeplatz: in cooperation with the Kestner Gesellschaft,
3.30 pm: Opernplatz,
4.30 pm: Andreas-Hermes-Platz.

Participation is free of charge.

"Togetherhood" is part of the project "Knäuel Kulturdreieck - sieben künstlerische rote Hanover", which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (EU EFRE). It is a project of the state capital Hanover, Department of Cultural Management.
