Taste of Noodles (th: รสของก๋วยเตี๋ยว, vi: Huong Vi Pho), 2006, 20.33 Min. Thai & English Subtitles
The film shows the diversity of noodle cultures in Thailand and Vietnam, which have adapted or reinvented Chinese cuisine in different ways and in different places. Both cultures share many similarities as well as differences in terms of the origin and production of noodles and how they ultimately became an authentic dish.
