Curatorial Talk on Som Supaparinya. The Rivers They Don't See
with Natalie Keppler & Alexander Wilmschen

The solo exhibition The Rivers They Don’t See by Som Supaparinya addresses rivers as carriers of political structures and their connection to the colonial history of Southeast Asia. By bringing together socio-ecological events, capitalist expansion, and state control, Supaparinya explores and documents their impact on nature and society. In an open dialogue, the two co-curators discuss the exhibition’s content and curatorial approach, while also providing space for questions from the audience.
