The films presented are reimagining country’s modern history, observe its present life or picture an utopian fantasy. Zoya Zvynyatskivska works as an art critic, fashion anthropologist and independent curator. Her focus are the structures of cultural and social codes through fashion and clothing. As an invited curator, she worked on projects of the Museum of Modern Art in Odesa, the Mystetskyi Arsenal and a number of other institutions.
Zoya Zvynyatskivska participates in our residency program. This residency program was spontaneously initiated by our esteemed members of the Förderkreis of the Kestner Gesellschaft. We would like to express our deep gratitude for the extraordinary generosity that the members of the Förderkreis have made in this heartbreaking moment of war.
