Anna Semenov from Polyyoga awaits 10 guests each Monday at 5.30 pm for yoga in the middle of the exhibition A world of dew, and in every dewdrop a world of struggle.
A balanced mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa and Power Yoga, rounded off with pranayamas (breathing techniques) and/or small meditation sessions.
